Shipments and Deliveries

In this section, we provide information related to shipments, including costs, delivery times, product types, and how to receive products correctly at home. This information is primarily for individual customers. If you are a company looking to place a bulk order, please contact us for specialized assistance.

Shipping Costs in Spain:

  • Orders from 0€ to 50€: 5,95€ shipping costs.
  • Orders from 50€ to 90€: 9,95€ shipping costs.
  • Orders over 90€: Free shipping.

Balearic Islands:

  • Orders from 0€ to 50€: 5,95€ shipping costs.
  • Orders from 50€ to 90€: 9,95€ shipping costs.
  • Orders from 90€ to 800€: 14,95€ shipping costs.
  • Orders over 800€ (Mallorca and Menorca): Free shipping.

France, Italy and Portugal:

  • Orders from 0€ to 90€ : 9,95€ shipping cost
  • Orders from 90€ to 350€ : 34,95€ shipping cost
  • Orders from 350€ to 800€ : 69,95€ shipping cost
  • Orders over 800€: 99,95€ shipping cost

Non-continental territories and other countries:

For shipments to these destinations, please contact our customer service to calculate the shipping cost. Note that shipping costs do not include customs charges or local taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility upon arrival in these locations.

If you are ordering from outside Spain, Portugal, France, or Italy, please contact us directly for a quotation. Some remote areas within these countries may also require special arrangements.

Bulky Products: Attention to Delivery

At MASGAMES ACTIVE TOYS, we sell products that are larger and heavier than usual. Some items can't be shipped via express couriers due to size and weight restrictions. We provide delivery information and encourage proactive ordering.

If your delivery address involves stairs or requires assistance, please contact us to arrange unloading services. Otherwise, the carrier will deliver your order at street level.

Transport companies use trucks for deliveries, so ensure that your location is truck-accessible.

What to Do When You Receive the Product?

  • Check that you receive the same number of packages as indicated on the delivery note. Make a note if any are missing.
  • If any boxes are damaged on the outside, record this on the delivery note.
  • Within 24 hours of the carrier's departure, carefully inspect the goods. The carrier's insurance only accepts claims reported within 24 hours, especially for fragile parts like slide ramps and baby seats.

Approximate Delivery Times

Approximate delivery times for household products in Spain (Peninsula) are as follows:

  • Swings: 3 to 6 days.
  • Slides: 3 to 6 days.
  • Sandboxes: 2 to 4 days.
  • Playgrounds: 5 to 10 days (varies by model).
  • Accessories for swings and playgrounds: 2 to 4 days.
  • Trampolines: 2 to 6 days (some models on request).
  • Go-karts and pedal karts: 2 to 4 days.
  • Playhouses: 5 to 10 days.
  • Picnic tables: 5 to 10 days.
  • Goalposts: 5 to 10 days.
  • Giant letters: 45 days (from the design phase agreed with the client).
  • Special projects: Please consult us.

These delivery times are subject to availability when placing the order. For urgent deliveries, contact us before ordering to confirm availability. For Portugal, France and Italy, add 3 days more

Products like playgrounds are bulky and heavy, so groupage transport is used. Customers must have the necessary equipment for unloading. If not, a flatbed truck can be requested with additional costs borne by the customer.

Assembly of the Products

All products are shipped unassembled with instructions for assembly, especially for domestic use. Many products have assembly videos on the MASGAMES YouTube channel. Contact us for any assembly questions.

Transport delivers to your doorstep; you are not required to carry parcels upstairs.

Warranty

All MASGAMES products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, with varying warranty periods depending on the item. If you receive a defective product, follow the procedure in the Returns section within the specified period.
